As the headline states, they booked connecting flights separately, which caused me to have to pay insane baggage fees if I was to go through the regular process online. Luckily the airline corrected it, but I still had to pay way more because it was the day before the flight.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use them. Google will recommend them, but you should go to the airline's site and find the same flight there.
