I bought my tickets at 6:55 pm online. I made one simple mistake, I was in rush that I didn't make sure from the address, so I was rejected and paid the same amount and cheaper from the ticket booth or whatever you call it. I try to contact them to at least exchange my tickets or refund... They say I have to contact them like 2 hours before the show and he just disconnected the live chat immediately without any word... SERIOUSLY? I LOST $73.40 and you can't just exchange a simple movie. PRICES ARE HIGH. When I bought it there It was cheaper buying the ticket there than buying it online. At lease there your sure you can have a refund or something.
That's how it went:

Me: I had an issue yesterday, I bought 3 tickets online for captain america movie but apparently the mall wasn't the one where I am located

Me: They couldn't help me out and they made me pay another 35 dollar for that mall
Me: Is there any possible way you can help me out please!
Taschine: I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Id be happy to look into this for you.
Taschine: After checking your order, I see that it is already after the show time. This means we are not able to offer a refund or exchange for your tickets. We can only offer refunds and exchanges 2 hours or more before show time.
Me: But I reserved the tickets like not more than half an hour before the show...
Taschine: I apologize for any frustration this causes you, but we cannot offer a refund or Fandango credit less than 2 hours before the show time. If you would like to view our refund policy in full, please visit the following page:

Me: So 38 dollars just puff
Taschine has disconnected.

Tip for consumers:
Very bad customer service.
More expensive than the actual ticket
If you miss the show or made any kind of error, your money is GONE!
