I'm mentioned by name in some of these reviews because I was an employee with this company for almost three years. I had a customer service position and worked under the manager Diana. I would agree the way things are ran when it comes to billing renewal is not right. The employees get the most crap for not handing out refunds but it was never our job. I can also tell you I left 2-3 positive reviews on here for them as an employee when I was asked to do so. The biggest reason I left was because two years into it they decided if we didn't hit talk times or call time we would get 10% of our commission taken away (each day it wasn't hit) but the real kicker was the deductions were never listed on our paycheck. Diana would just take away a big junk of your money and blame it on your talk times. I also never forget the day she lied and said my email was hacked by spam - the day after i put my two weeks in. My email was never hacked by spam but a resentful manager. I also found out the day after I left a meeting was held about me - not about my performance but my search history on my computer. The service has potential but its hard to believe in what your selling when you had little to none training. My mental health has never been better since I left that company.
