Listed a part as "in stock" on their website and allowed me to purchase it, then sent another email a few days later saying it had been canceled due to being out of stock. Extremely unprofessional. I have worked in sales and never EVER would I list let alone SELL an out of stock part to a customer. That is very poor customer service and bad business practice. I am incredibly disappointed and urge everyone NOT to but from them.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know how unprofessional and dishonest they are about availability as well as how poor the customer service is. It is also very hard to contact their customer service center or leave a review on the site itself.
