A 4.5 stars actually.
This is a korean makeup and personal care store. It ships worldwide and has really good prices and a variety of products to chose. All work good but they don't do miracles. You are paying for what you're getting. The images and the products match perfectly and it's cheaper to buy from the site than from Amazon or Ebay. The customer service is amazing. They answer really quickly and help you out even when you have complaints, something a lot of online stores don't do (Rosewholesale for example.) The time of arrival is mostly accurate. Would really recommend it.

It's a nice store to get fashionable clothing. The prices are ok and because they are kind of cheap the material could be better but it is wearable. The items look like the pictures 97% of the time, the only concern is the size, sometimes they are just a little bit off (but for like a centimeter to two.) Worth giving a try.

What they don't tell you is that they sell replicas of what the supposedly sell. They present images of original clothes (they even blur out the brand in case it shows on the label) sell it to you a bit overpriced and it is not always what you expect.

-The materials are just OK, borderline of very cheap ones.
-Sometimes, items will come not sewed from a few places.
-They don't always stick to the measurements they show.
-Take ages to process order.
-Takes even more to get to you.
-If you pay more for a better shipping service it will be the same as the "free one." (Not my case but the case of a lot of people I know.)
-Customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't really help you, they just try to make you settle for what they say, either because you have to "wait more for it because sometimes it takes longer," or "you should sew it yourself."

It's a hit or miss, though 85% more miss than anything else. Don't really recommend this site unless you can take all that was written above. It's stressful and not really worth as the items are just OK. (Even if some pants i ordered were totally the wrong size.)
The site isn't really CHEAP but they charge as if they sold better quality things.

UPDATE: the customer service will contact you and demand to change the review. They say things like "sorry for the negative experience. 3 stars are fine." Ask you to give them a second chance, either buying from them again with your own money or blindly changing the review just because they ask nicely. I don't see them being nice and giving me a refund. JUST AVOID IT!

Tip for consumers:
Go to others, this one isn't really on the CHEAP side and it charges as if it sold better things.

The clothes are exactly how they look on the pictures and the quality is very good! While it's not cheap, it isn't expensive either, but you're paying less for what you get.

The only downside and what they have to improve is they do take a week to process it and ages to get to you. They send it by EMS but for some reason it got to me a month after I order.
Don't bother trying to contact their customer service in English, they will answer at least five days later. Th costumer service could be a lot better; unless you write to them in Japanese (which they'll answer you in a day or two tops.)

Will shop again but will keep in mind how long it takes to get my things.

IF I COULD PUT NO STAR I WOULD HAVE!
The items look nothing like the pictures! The quality is horrible, some blouses came to me sewed incorrectly, even a blouse i ordered had a hole! I ordered something in October and only half my order has come. I tried canceling the rest after a month (in November) and they quickly said that it had been dispatched "conveniently" and yet it hasn't arrived. Their costumer service is useless, they say they apologize but that's as far as it goes. $150 WASTED!

Tip for consumers:
Don't even bother UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!
