The absolute worst starbucks company in the world. Poor customer service and horrible services. I went to 2045 Broadway, New Yor,NY store was closed on 10/10/2023,and Staff was in store behind counter at 9am. I contacted Starbucks and customer service representing stated for your inconvenience. I'll load 12 dollars to your gift card this was a lie. I've proof of the call on my phone with date time etc. I went to purchase some coffee on 10/23/2023 and nothing was loaded called I'm received the run around. This is unacceptable. Stop lying to customers and of course have proof. I don't recommend Starbucks how they treat their customers. This was an absolute embarrassment to not have money loaded which was promised when ordering. STOP THE LIES TO CUSTOMERS. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.:: :(( (((((((((((

Walgreens Broadway 94 St,New York, NY. This location is horrible. I was falsely accused of stealing by cashier and security guard. I was asked to remove items from my pockets in front of customers and Staff in store. I came in to redeem bottle returns. Bottle machine is in front of store. According to suvillance camera I never entered any aisle of store. This was very humiliating and cause severe mental illness. Until this day nobody want to accept responsibility not apologizing or didn't show up for court to answer complaint. This store staff are treating customers in a reckless manner and falsely accusing them of stealing especially African Americans. This is unacceptable and everyone should be treated equally. Always treat people the way you want to be treated. Should be ashamed of yourself how I was treated. Stop the discrimination with shoppers.: :(( ((( This has caused so much harm to my health and quality of life.: :(( (

My refund of 217.85 was refunded back to Groupons by Camel Back and Groupons making every excuse not to refund my money. My order number is RC 14KHh1 Groupons order number is 1**************.Customer service and superviors are useless they keep lying to you about your money. I sent proof of email my money was refunded by Camel Back to no avail they haven't gove me my money back. I'm a single mother don't have free money to give away without any services. My son birthday was ruined and I get the run around no phone number. Camel.Back reached out and to no avail received my money. I made complaint with Bank and other agencies. Don't use this company they will take your money.snd you chating and they disconnect you on numerous occasions with no results. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I'LL NEVER USE THIS COMANY.
