If I could give a zero I would as well. I ordered a dress for our company christmas party and the sales lady was very helpful. She double checked my measurements and helped with the ordering process. HOWEVER, when the dress arrived, I knew before even putting it on that it was gonna go downhill from there. The dress was stiff, very uncomfortable, the waist was too big, and the hip area was so tight I could sit down. But the worst part was at the stomach and back area. The way they placed the beading it bent and bunched into rolls. It was horrible. I submitted a claim to return the dress and get a refund. I emailed them pictures of the defect and they still refused to give me a refund. They tried to give me some sob story about their costs and overhead. WTH! After several emails back and forth, they only thing they would do for me was a 10% refund or 15% credit on my account. Like I would ever buy anything from them again. I will be taking the dress to a tailor and getting a professional opinion and then seeking legal counsel.
