What happened to Northerner? They used to be very good, now not so much. Recently I was targeted for a marketing campaign aimed at gold members. I put in an order at a discount. Three days later they had further reductions as part of a seasonal sale, the discount was far higher. The difference in cost to me was significant enough that I got in touch with customer support to complain. The attitude was atrocious, and I was left with no illusions that the rep could care less. The whole episode has been a big change from my dealings with Northerner before. Sorry Northerner you lost a long time customer, I don't appreciate being ripped off and dealing with ignorant customer service reps.
