**Warning** - I got caught up in the hype of buying something that I wanted on line. Little did I realise that this matter was going to drag on for so long. I ordered a pair of boots, Sheplers in their wisdom sent me a pair of boots FIVE sizes too small. So you do the right thing and contact customer service - no issue - other than - because of their error, it was going to COST me postage! Are you serious? For their mistake - they charge the client? Now, that's not a way to do business.
Without the involvement of my banking institute this sordid issue would have dragged on.
So folks, do yourself a favour and do not do business with Sheplers.
They are not customer focused - and to add insult, when the boots were returned they even charged a handling fee.
For those interested, I did not exchange the boots nor re-order them from Sheplers.
