I have been doing business with Renue by Science for several years. They offer a good selection of clinically-tested, high-quality health supplements that focus on increasing your health-span (the length of your lifespan that you are free from age-related health issues). I have found them to be courteous and responsive in their customer service, knowledgeable about their products and the science behind them, and prompt in their shipping. As of early 2023, I recommend them for the overall value of their products and service.

I'll join the many other voices here giving Equifax a one-star rating, and I hope you will read the reviews and take heed before doing business with these (in my opinion) very unethical people. Once you purchase their product, you are in customer service hell. The myequifax website is almost always non-responsive. You cannot sign in or it just doesn't work. If you are lucky enough to be able to talk to a customer service agent when you use their telephone number, you are bound for disappointment. Customer service is incredibly apathetic and poor, and promised emails/confirmations never seem to arrive. Finally, when you get frustrated enough to cancel, good luck. You can only cancel by telephone. You may or may not get through on any given day - sometimes the number just returns static after you dial, sometimes the wait is excessive. If you get through, in order to cancel, you must jump through hoops. They want it to be as difficult as possible for you to rid yourself of them. My advice is to steer clear of this company and use another service if you need credit reporting.

Tip for consumers:
Keep records of every interaction with them. Never delete emails from them, and record any phone call interactions you have.

  • Mingle2

9/29/21

Mingle2 advertises itself as a dating site. However, the site hosts mostly faked profiles, as far as I can tell. These accounts contain one or two photos of an attractive person, usually with the content of the profile reading "Hi", and nothing more. Occasionally, you might come across such a profile with a little more information added by way of question answers, but nothing substantive. These profiles could easily be vetted and removed, but administration lets them slide. Real subscribers are hassled by administration for doing their best to comply with site rules that seem to be written nowhere and enforced haphazardly. Spend your money elsewhere if you're looking to actually meet someone.

Tip for consumers:
There are too many fake profiles. Customer support is hard to contact and takes a significant amount of time to respond to queries.
