I've written email asking for the refund process within my 14 days of "no questions asked refund policy" After 4 ping pong messages I was forced to go through the Replacement process because they refuse to give me a return number for refund. I still have no news from the website and I have only 6 days left of my 14 day trial. Mind you this is my 1st time ever ordering glasses online from this website. Be warned that some of us have had a truly awful customer service experience & company does not honor their refund policy.
