MyKnobs is a drop shipper, something I discovered after placing my order. While being a drop shipper is acceptable, a company must take responsibility for the products they sell, especially if their supplier fails to fulfill the order correctly.

I ordered a $364 Emtek handleset with a "Right Handle" configuration. Instead, they sent me a "Left Handle" configuration. This is problematic because I have double doors, and the "Left Handle" configuration prevents the other door from opening.

Despite clear evidence that I received the incorrect handle, MyKnobs only offered a return if I covered the shipping costs and paid a 25% restocking fee. They placed the blame on Emtek, refusing to assist further.

To rectify their error, I'd have to pay over $100. Regardless of whether Emtek is at fault, I made my purchase with MyKnobs, and they should uphold their responsibility to their customers.

I strongly advise against using this service. I placed an order on July 25th for $153 and was told it would take 16-18 days for delivery. When I reached out to them nearly a month later on August 22nd, they confessed they couldn't fulfill my order. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing alternative services on me, which I wasn't interested in. I requested a refund, but their customer service representative kept dodging my request for the following two weeks. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Buyer, be cautious.

Just wanted to give you a heads up about disabling the auto-renew feature on your account. The only way to do this is by deactivating your account, but please keep in mind that deactivating it could result in you forgetting to renew your subscription, which would lead to automatic renewal. If you happen to contact the company on the day of the auto-renewal, they'll only give you a 50% refund on your annual subscription fee. Sadly, I had to deal with this issue myself. I subscribed to a service, used it only a few times, and a year later, they charged me for another year. I contacted them right away, but they only refunded me 50% of my fee. This is pretty frustrating, and I don't think it's good business practice, so just wanted to give you a heads up to avoid any potential issues.
