We actually do have a search method to list sitters with background checks actually completed! If you need assistance with searching on the site, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@sittercity.com. Lastly, all of our Premium Membership plans are subscription based. Once the subscription is upgraded to our Premium membership, it's non-refundable, as stated on the plan selection page, purchase page, on your receipt, and in our Terms of Use.
