I ordered a Coach bag for my wife prior to Xmas 2020. I waited for nearly two weeks to get a tracking number. When I did that. UPS lissted my package as pending tor 5 more days. I began sending emails to & calling their customer service number. And finally got a lady on the line. Who told me she couldn't tell. Where my order was being shipped from. But she took the time to investigate over two days. Then called me to tell me. My order was upgraded to overnight status. She apologized for it taking so long to get my order. But assured me it would be delivered in 24 hours. I then wrote an emailed l to Coach. Explaining that they needed a better E Commerce system. That better enabled customer service reps. To obtain tracking information in real time. To better serve the customer. Well, they actually listened and took the time to send me a letter. Apologizing for the inconvenience... I got the gift for on time for Xmas. But it was a hassle. The simple fact that they took the time to acknowledge the inconvenience. And send me a free lil gift said a lot...
