Just Fashion Now is fun to shop at because they are so good at offering you extra discounts when they know you are on the fence about whether to complete your order right away. Sometimes I need to get a size or color choice from someone so I have to stop my ordering process and because they give me an offer I can't pass up I get the info I need and complete the order.

Wouldn't have gotten so many things without the free shipping and the decent discount. I have too many clothes as it is so unless I am tempted by those 2 things, I would just skip ordering more things for myself since I already have way too much!

I ordered a higher ticket item a while ago and it ended up not working out as expected. I emailed the company and got a wonderful representative who helped me out so well. She offered me a e-gift card credit for my item and since the item I had purchased wasn't working well because of low power she told me that I didn't even have to bother sending it back. I appreciate dealing with such an honorable company such as yours because I do most of my shopping online. I was going to use the e-gift card the other day but because it had been a few months I couldn't find the email with the e-gift card number any more. I emailed your company and another representative from your company was so kind as to email me back with all the information that I needed and an explanation of how to use it online. I have never dealt with such a great online company and will recommend you to others. Thank you so very much.

I purchase almost 90 percent of my things online due to a recent automobile accident where my injuries caused me to be homebound. Because of this, I was thrilled to find out about EBATES because almost every store I purchase from is listed. Recently, I purchased a $300 tablet from HSN online and I couldn't remember if I had gone thru EBATES prior to ordering thru HSN. I immediately contacted the customer service area at EBATES and they investigated my purchase. Well, it turned out that I hadn't and I would have missed out on getting a rebate from my big order. But as a courtesy to me, the EBATES representative went ahead and gave me the rebate amount for my purchase anyway! I was in 7th Heaven and they are now on my Favorites site as well as posting a yellow reminder stickee on my computer screen. I will tell everyone I value as a good friend about this great site, especially the ones who like to shop as a hobby like me!
