J.: Did not write my specifications for the arrangement down, nor correctly spell my email address so I could get a receipt, although he repeated after me several times so I could make sure he understood. I asked for blue vase and extra blue delphiniums--got a clear vase and cheap PURPLE lattice! Did not get conveyed to florist and no email receipt.
Agent #2, Kalanji: (12 hours later) Said there was no record of my order substitutions. Had no Order # to give since first agent did not provide, even asked! Would credit 50% and send email receipt with $20 gift card. Did not receive receipt.
Agent #3: MaryGrace (5 days later) identified email was misspelled. Took it down correctly. Email should come within half-hour. No receipt.
Agent #4: (10 days later) Quit trying to remember names. Said email was still not correct. Took correction. Email should come within half-hour. No receipt.
Agent #5: (12 hours later) Repeated MISSPELLED email--STILL not corrected! Repeated correction. Email should come with minutes.
