I am a business owner so I understand the conflicts that can arise during normal operations. I spoke with a rep three different times that told me they would have my bed set delivered with 10 business days. Push come to shove, I had to sent a total of 4 emails until I got a response back. The reps are all very rude and would not give me the answers I was requesting. After nearly two weeks after my last email, they responded with "7/12" - no further responses. I guess this is their way of letting me know when to expect my product. I placed the order on April 29th (4/29). I asked to cancel the order, they just responded back "cancelled" but refused to send me a confirmation email that the order has been cancelled.
This company is a joke and you can tell by the way they speak to their customers. Mike seems to be a one man operation however this is no exception to being rude to customers. Save yourself the headache and order from a reputable company. No wonder Home Cinema Center is not on google. They would have a 1 star average.
