Worst customer service I've run into.
Placed an order for a e-gift card.
There was some issue. I tried calling.
Twice I was on hold for more than 10 minutes then cut-off.
Third time I was on hold for 30 minutes, when I finally got
Through to a customer service rep, I was told that I had to
Call back the next day to talk to there "research department".
I cancelled the order.
Found the same boots on amazon for the same price with free
Shipping..
