I ordered the Godric Gryfindor sword on 27th of October and got the confirmation email and shipping the information not long after. It's now 18th if December and I am yet to receive the product. I've emailed the store 3 times and each time they tell them to contact the shipping company with tracking which I've done multiple times and they are yet to reply. I'm out $350 Australian Dollars and no product. This company is a joke who is failing to provide customer service and is stealing from consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
