In Jan. 2015 I asked a question concerning antique porcelain... they wanted a picture of the item plus a picture of the mark on the bottom. I explained I did not have the ability to do this... there was no further response from them except that my debit card was charged twice for a total of $38. I foolishly let this go.
In July 2015 I made another foolish mistake and asked, on-line, a questions about an antique. The same scenario happened concerning taking pictures. I got no response to my question but my card was charged $36. I called customer service and during this call they asked for my credit card number to use to look up the incident. They supposedly have no record of my question or of charging my card. My bank does have a record of the charge!
I would advise everyone, not to use this Just Answer site for any reason!
