Yesterday morning I was directed to this site called Howly that I've met heard of in all my life? I'm not dumb or slow by any means and I ended up getting my electric cut off due to them doing so? I'm beyond upset I have never in my life heard of this company and have no idea what they are even for? Someone please help me I'm 61 years old I live in a fixed income and I just brok my femur and had to have a total hip replacement I need any and all advice as to what to do here?
