G.F. Hoffman here, speaking for Deborah P. And myself, customers of "Royal". We have had a very unhappy move of household items from California to Las Vegas with your company; Numerous items were broken or scratched up. We are missing a great deal of materials (30 boxes) shipped with you, some of which has great dollar value, some with very sentimental value. The total easily exceeds $10,000 not including the fraudulent thousands of dollars in cash extorted through threats of non-performance. We have photos to prove that Royal loaded everything. Customer service is a joke; hostile and indifferent EVEN when you can talk to someone who bothers to answer the phone. What we have here is a classic bait and switch operation; get in the door with a low ball estimate, then up the price of everything or no service!

We are filing a police report for the missing items; there seem too many reviews on line pointing to missing items, it seems deliberate. Royal can expect a visit from the Las Vegas Police Dept and/or the Henderson P.D. We are also filing in small claims court and disputing the large amount we were forced to put on a credit card. The limit of damages in small claims court is a maximum of $15,000 to be recovered there. If that fails in any way, then pressing charges in district court would be the next legal step.

I have researched Royal Moving's internet record of customer reviews. The positive ones are laughable, obviously sent by your friends and relatives. How can all the reviews be either one or 5 star? Fraudulent reviews is the only acceptable answer. This company's record is so horrible that any judge will automatically rule in our favor in any court action.

I helped a friend move using this company; unfortunately neither of us checked reviews on line, big mistake. First striking thing is how many 'zero' or one star reviews are posted...and the many descriptions of breakage, fraudulent billing and refund practice, virtual extortion in forcing more money out these scammed customers, rudeness, indifferent or downright hostile 'customer service', etc. Another eye-opener: the reviews that are not 1 star or below are ALL 5 STAR, not 2,3,4...How can that be...the law of averages would indicate that not every review is either one star (the lowest allowed to post) or 5 star...? My own suspicion is that these are fake reviews from friends and relatives of the owners/managers. Avoid this company like your emotional health and financial well-being depend on it - THEY DO! And if you somehow have been bilked by them, take them to small claim court for redress, especially if you live in Clark County, Nevada their 'home'.

Shun this 'service' that has had huge numbers of negative reviews on line! Sorry to say that perception is not reality in the case of this dating service. All the promotion on line is self-serving and very strictly limited as to what is available to prospective members UNTIL THEY SIGN A $$$ CONTRACT!. In most states there is no 'cooling off period' to allow for cancellation if misrepresentation no matter how flagrant that is present...as in Idaho. Matches are NOT based on my priorities that I carefully put together. After paying one learns furthermore, many of the 'prospective recommended' individuals have no photos making it impossible to decide if it is worth following up on. The expensive and 'very long lasting memberships' are clearly designed to maximize their cash profit at EHarmony with no way to cancel after it is found to be a worthless 'service'. It appears that their service is designed to take advantage of lonely people going through tough episodes of divorce, spousal death, or just separation. Also I have tried to revise and narrow down with filters to no avail. After 3 days of this nonsense I am going to challenge my bill with my credit card company as this service appears to border on fraudulent behavior. A non-cancellation policy based on deliberate misrepresentation or especially outright fraud is non-enforceable according to court findings.

I was trying to get information on a relative; I knew what city he lived in and all the other details such as
Social security, full name, previous residences and phones. After entering all my information including my
Payment info, it took 5 minutes of nonsensical symbols of timers supposedly telling me how much work was going
Into the 'search'... what a joke! Even after 5 minutes I only had a animated lighted symbol rotating continuously, no info after 5 more minutes. Gave up and called the contact number where I was told to close my browser and log in again. I did so and finally got 2 addresses, no phone number that was active, and no other info... criminal history was negative. So what I got after 10 minutes and $28 was 2 addresses, total waste for the money.
Save your money and try another more reputable site!
