I ordered napkins from BedBath&Beyond's website not knowing they use 3rd party Webstore Group. Napkins were wrong color I received. I was advised to return at my expense as their order showed correct item sent. Over several emails and attaching pictures Jamie at Webstore Group finally admitted wrong item sent. However, Jamie said they had no way to reimburse me for $10.80 I incurred returning. This appears to be a large company and surely has an account payable to reimburse for this charge.
