Ordered items delivered in about 10 days1 item missing. Can't find a phone #, email not answered... finally posted a complaint on FB page, answered quickly and erased that post immediately. Guess that the only way to get there attention. Anyway it's been almost another 2 weeks and all I get, when I get a response I get is we are looking into it, we have contacted the vendor, we cant refund, we can't ask the vendor to reship, overnight isn't something they can do. They still won't give me a phone # and tell me to be understanding!
