Firstly, i do no recall ever giving Zoopla to determine even an estimate of the value of my house. And worst wgen they devalue my house and it is totally wrong as they did it the same time my neighbour's house became inhabitable. Their price remains the same and mine went diwn by almost 60%. They blamed it on their algorithm. So they become totally insensitive to ordinary hardworking people's request to fix their invalid data input.
