I am really trying to be objective and to stay on point.
BEWARE!
I purchased two items of which one was never delivered and the other disfunctional.
Made an attempt with "support" to rectify the undelivered item and after a 5 week dialog got a credit to my EB wallet. Then for the disfunctional purchase I also got credit to my wallet.
Now comes the catch: I CANNOT APPLY ALL THE CREDITS TO A PURCHASE.
I get to only apply from my wallet 30% of the purchase price and must pay 70%.
So in effect I get to purchase and pay for more junk that would more likely be undelivered or not functional.
This may sound like rant(perhaps it is)
A very unsatisfied buyer.
Most unfortunate that I had to public in order to get the right results.
From my perspective this sequence of events should never have happened, I think support should have the ability to understand the issue by clarifying it then respond appropriatly.
In any case my issue(s) are resolved if Everbuying follows through as promised.
