Tried to make a Watch purchase and found out my card had been canceled for lack of use. Tried to apply for new card, but got turned down as old card was never removed from system.
The whole problem with Customer Service is that they farmed it out, either to overseas company or some system that uses people on their home computers. There are no supervisors and they're limited as to what they can do. Couldn't get old card removed or reopened. Synchrony Bank cannot do anything to help.
So can't use or remove old card and can't open new one. 30 to 40 minutes wait to get live agent that can do nothing. This company has changed greatly and not for the better. Even sent me a $25. Coupon, which the agent said, wasn't in the system.
So one big circle jerk and waste of time. Now I'll never buy anything from Shop HQ ever. Their loss!
