I agree with the other reviewers who said that Zappos used to be great but that service had deteriorated. I spoke with a customer service person identified as Kimberly, and she was incredibly rude. That would never have happened in the past. Also, their web site has a lot of new issues; after trying to help me with a site glitch for 20 min, the tech person said, 'This is an ongoing issue.' -- I said, 'At the Zappos end?' and she said yes, that lots of people had the same problem. -- Too bad, because next to LLBean, Zappos used to have some of the best service and the best web site. Goodbye to the good Zappos, alas.
