March is ending soon, but I haven't received my showerhead which I ordered on Feb. 3rd. Contacted customer service on March 22nd, but the message below is the only response I could get so far.
"I'm forwarding this issue to a customer support representative on our Groupon Goods team to look into this further. Once we have more information, we'll follow up with a resolution as quickly as possible."
Today is March 26th. Groupon can't solve issues for their customers in four days?
