I have just been dipped by Swiss colony! I prefers a couple of things for my daughter for Christmas. When I got to the checkout. I was sent an email that said" this is an error email your order did not go through. Go back and reorder" so I did! A couple of hours later. I get two email confirmations for both orders! WHAT? I was charged for both orders! I called them to see if they could straighten this out I only want the one order and a refund for the second. ButThey told me that both orders were shipped before I could cancel which was only 5 hours from time of order to shipping! Really? Dammnnn. I will not shop there ever again! It was their mistake for sending me the email telling me that my order did not go through! So I ordered again!? They did try to tell me that I could donate the second order get a receipt and then they would reimburse my money! WHAT?
I have ordered a few clothes for myself from sammydress.com. I received them in 11 days. When I got them, they fit and are comfortable. I really appreciate you. I ordered a shirt for my daughter it took a few days to get her but I was told that it might. My daughter loves the shirt! I recommend sammydress.com to my family and friends. I love amazon.com. I have found everything I need there. I have received my products within reasonable times. My friends and family come to me if they need something and so far I have found everything that I have been asked to look for on amazon. I was truly amazed. I depend on the reviews of products that are provided, that is how I shop and I have not been disappointed. I have to admit my daughter got me started on amazon and now I'm addicted.
