Ordered and payed for a lightning cable from Lazada Phils. Just to test it out last Dec 9,2014 with delivery to a Quezon City, Metro Manila address. As an avid amazon, ebags etc online shopper it was the 1st time for me to transact with a local online shop. Fast forward to the present day january 14,2015, item remains undelivered. But being a realistic individual (knowing the xmas rush and all) i patiently waited and emailed their customer service. I started ranting when on my 5th email still the order was unresolved (all you get are automated replies and that a ticket number has been generated).
For future buyers - beware, unbelievable but you will get faster results in Amazon (thru my--shoppingbox as your courier). I ordered a pair of discounted shoes last Dec 15 at the Amazon site, got them here in manila before the end of December 2014 (if you choose my-shopping box airfreight).
