I ordered a product for my boyfriend's birthday, and I paid for UPS GROUND. I left a message in the shopping cart that the product needs to be delivered before Feb 23rd. I did not know at the time that the nerchandise won't be delivered on time with ground shipment. So they tried to reach me but they couldn't get to me so they upgraded my shipping method on their own to UPS 3 DAYS SELECT without charging me extra fees so I can get the product on time. This is what I call "superb and amazing customer service". So thank you and I will shop again
