This was the second program I tried. The learning curve was not that steep. The on line Tutorials are superb. I am using this as a last minute reminder to my patients the night before. It is a supplement to my secretaries personal phone calls. I am uploading CSV file from a spreadsheet which also serves a list of patients that I have to see in the day. There are fields on the spreadsheet such as a patients diagnosis and referring doctor which are ignored by web program when importing the CSV file. My patients are very happy. Most are new referrals for tests. The message to the patient is in my voice. When they see me for the first time they are often smiling and not nervous as they had heard my voice the night before. Punctuality is way up and not shows are extremely rare now. It takes me about a minute at the end of day to upload the next days reminder from the spreadsheet.
