They royally screwed up my order last year and could not deliver it in time for Christmas. So they sent me a $75 "gift voucher" that says I can use it anytime, for multiple orders and it doesn't expire. No where does it say that I cannot use it for one of their sales or voucher campaigns so I'm annoyed. Just a warning that they bite off more than they can handle and if you're not in a hurry for their product, the product is fine, their service is not.
Tip for consumers:
As I said, don't order around the holidays as they cannot deliver. And it was definitely their fault, not the shipping companies fault.

Hi Eve, this is Shell with Collage.com. I am very sorry that you are unhappy, and would like to address your concern. The $75 vouchers were sent out last year as an apology. As the email states that went out with this code, the $75 voucher can be used to purchase any product(s) from our website. The gift code has no cash value, and we cannot allow voucher codes to be purchased with a gift code, because essentially you could just purchase an infinite amount of codes. For example, if you used the free $75 code to purchase a voucher that costs $45 but is loaded with $126 for a blanket, you are gaining $51 and thus, could continue purchasing code after code. This is why we cannot allow a gift code with no cash value to be used to purchase a discount voucher code.
We, of course, want to make sure you are happy with our company, and would like to make this situation right for you. Please email us at support@collage.com and you can put it to the attention to Shell if you'd like so that I receive it. We will figure something out with you to help cover the cost of the product you would like to purchase.
