I ordered my wedding dress November 12,2015 and haven't received it yet. I emailed them, and was told it was lost with the courier, but they resent it so give them 7 days. It's been 13 days still no dress. My wedding is a couple of weeks away. It is now January 6th, 2016 and I'm disgusted.

I fully understand that you have been waiting for your order since this was already declared as shipped by the seller. I have gone ahead to track this shipment and it seems that until now the website shows no update for the shipment. For the quickest resolution, We would suggest that you file a\"Dispute Case\" for this order so that you can ask for a refund or a replacement and at the same time the seller will be notified directly.
To file the Dispute case please go to your Active orders page and click the\"Shipped\" orders located at the LEFT SIDE of the page then you will see your order number there (please do not click the order number). After that, on the RIGHT SIDE of the order number you will see the option\"Return and Refund\" and you will just need to click that to fill out the needed information to file the Dispute.
