Thank you for your amazing customer service. I rec'd a reply back to my inquiry on my membership issues. All of my questions were answered. I was able to burn my slideshow to a dvd with no problems. I've been a long time member of Kizoa. I love the many effects and transitions you can add. I was able to edit and revise my slideshow easily. I am so happy with your quick reply and service I will definitely be letting my friends at work how what an awesome site Kizoa is. Happy Dance!
Hi Ethel, don't worry, we never cancel accounts even if a membership has expired. What probably happened is you may have accidentally created a second account. I can help you find your original account with your photos and slideshows so you can regain access to it.
