Item never arrived to me and tracking number (RQ*******SG) shows item returned to them 2 months ago!?. Support first promised refund within 5-7 days. After 10 days no refund I complained again and all I got was new promise to get refund within 3 days. Guess what? No refund and they closed case.
And we talking about small refund, tens of dollars not hundreds... Sorry it is not way to do business.
And I will continue to post about this on all forum to warn others net shoppers.
