Terrible experience. Items were damaged. No button holes even sewed into coats. Wouldn't accept return, said shipping would be too much. Initially offered me 20% refund if I kept items, then ultimately 40% even though items are not wearable. Not impressed. Would not recommend!

Please accept our sincerely apologize. The button holes can be cut by ourselves in our country and its not a new thing for us, so we hope the customers can cut it and we believe that 40% refund on cutting a button hole is really A LOT.
We also accpet the return and we will refund the customer full item price after return. The customer are here talking about this may want to get full refund and keep the item at the same time, which is not fair to us.
Therefore, we hope this review could be removed.
