This company needs to be investigated. I have no recollection of signing up for a movie service. They have my email address and credit card (obviously because I was charged $39 and change) I checked my email after calling their customer support company (separate from Any-time Movies). When I started questioning the charge the lady started getting defensive. I have to imagine all they get are refund calls. She quite firmly informed me that they have a strict no-refund policy. That is ridiculous to say the least. After a minute of that bull, I asked for her supervisor. She took a second then informed me that he had stepped away from not only his desk, but had left the building. So I asked to speak to his boss. Apparently the call center was under no supervision when I called, because there was no other manager/supervisor there. I have worked in a call center and there were always a couple levels of management present. The "customer service" lady told me the name of the company she works for is Fitschigogerl out of California. I believe that is the spelling she gave me. I am unable to find that company doing a quick Google search. She could not give me any contact information for Anytime Movies. Very cheap business ethics from both companies.
