“3rd Parties 'ID ME'”

I understand why IRS would use a 3rd party to process, file taxes and etc! Here I am trying to log-in but it has my old email address of which I'm trying to change. It doesn't give you an option to only text you the code, it also is asking for the code from my old email address too.
I'm having so issues with this site not able to find anything, have to go through 1000 steps just retrieve some IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM MY ACCOUNT!
The IRS needs a better solution on finding documents like, AGI and etc on there site. Not from a 3rd party site!
