Customer service is awful, there is no ability to email to speed the process. Each person has to start from the beginning once you eventually get through. I have had to take two days off work to try and organise a collection of incomplete delivery of a large item this has been going on since October 27th and we are out pocket to the tune of £606 pounds, we will never use them again for any large items and I will be making sure my friends and family do not either
