So I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to weather, which is something I have absolutely no control over and this company refuses to give the deposit I paid on the bouncy house back. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I didn't use any of their products. They should have the decency to give me back the money I put down for the unused product. What a horrible scamming company. You just go around stealing from people who never even use your products. Real nice. I will never rent a bouncy house again. This is ridiculous.

Our policy regarding deposits is indeed non-refundable, as it is clearly communicated to customers before booking and is stated on our website as well. However, I want to assure you that the deposit is kept on file as a credit that you can use for up to a year toward another event.
While we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can, unfortunately, weather-related cancellations fall outside of our control.
