So I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to weather, which is something I have absolutely no control over and this company refuses to give the deposit I paid on the bouncy house back. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I didn't use any of their products. They should have the decency to give me back the money I put down for the unused product. What a horrible scamming company. You just go around stealing from people who never even use your products. Real nice. I will never rent a bouncy house again. This is ridiculous.

Site said FREE background check, so I went through 15 minutes of questions and crap just to be asked for my credit card number instead of giving results. Stop lying about your price to get traffic to your site!

I understand your frustration, and I'm sorry about the situation with your son's birthday party. Our policy regarding deposits is indeed non-refundable, as it is clearly communicated to customers before booking and is stated on our website as well. However, I want to assure you that the deposit is kept on file as a credit that you can use for up to a year toward another event.
While we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can, unfortunately, weather-related cancellations fall outside of our control.
