I visited this cheat site just to polish my resume for $1.95 and 14 days resume subsribtion... or at least this was written with bold letters. Unfortunatelly I did not read remainig text with smaller grey letters, which says that my subscribtion started and it should cost me almost $40 per month. After 3 months I realized that there are strange charges from my credit card for this so called "subscribtion". Durring this 3 months I received just spam mails from livecareer.com and nothing that looks like a service. I did not even entered in their site.
P.S. One star is too much.
Hi Emil P.,
I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation.
I have refunded 2 charges of $39.80 as a courtesy credit. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I have also sent you a confirmation email for your records.
We are very committed to providing great customer service and customer satisfaction. We take all feedback very seriously, and hope that you will reconsider your star rating and negative review of our site and service. Please contact me directly if you have any further issues. You can email me at anna.b@livecareer-support.com
Best regards,
Anna
