I ordered an article and payed through my bank. Then nothing happened. The article was still in my cart, although my money had disappeared. Etsy is not interested: take it up with the seller. What seller as I apparently never bought anything? And the shop wants to see the confirmation email. What email as I never bought anything, remember? So I lost 60 euro's and nobody takes responsibility. NEVER BUY HERE!

That Etsy takes your money, but no responsibility.

Nothing, as they never delivered the article I payed for.
