“Hand Saw”

The saw that I ordered as a gift for Christmas never arrived and the company was os NO HELP!
I contacted them via email at least 3 times and got a standard generic reply with the tracking info over and over. It was only a $20 saw so not too much of a loss but seriously, if they were a reputable company they would have sent me out another one.
