I have used WIX for years with no issue. Suddenly I see I am upgraded to premium, which I did not want, and am paying 4 times as much per month. I chatted with a CS agent who told me to cancel the premium, sign up again as basic, and request a refund. She ended the chat before I finished, after I asked how to resign up, and then the refund was denied. Beware of this company and their ability to suddenly upgrade you with no direct method of downgrading (per the CS representative) Looking for a new provider.

Ibotta deactivated my account accusing me of stealing receipts because I had multiple receipts from the same place on the same day. If you pay cash at a bar for a drink this is what you will have... but that didn't make a difference. So they kept all funds owed me AND questioned my integrity. Based on other reviews this is evidently what they do so watch out.

Twice now I have had issues with Groupon and their return policies are the worst in the business. I was looking for an event in one city and somehow they sold me a ticket for a city over an hour away! I tried to cancel immediately and was told no. I will not be using Groupon again.
