After agreeing a refund for a faulty pair of shoes, with great difficulty I might add, I am yet to receive my refund. I sent the shoes back many weeks ago and received an email to say they had them back, but no refund has been issued. I can't be bothered to phone and waste my time anymore. I feel like I have been robbed!
Be careful with this company. I placed an order and then realised they would charge me £35 per month whether I had shoes or not, they give you just 5days to opt out. I cancelled this which was fine but they did not cancel my order as requested. The order arrived and it was faulty. After a lengthy phone call she finally agreed on a refund not exchange. They would not refund the postage even though the item was faulty and I'd asked for the order to be cancelled. What a con!
