First, they sent the wrong item. They charged $7.95 for gift wrap which consisted of one piece of tissue paper. No box, no ribbon, no tape! Then they charge to return the item, and also charge a "re-stocking" fee. All in all, the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.
