I ordered a knit top. It was clear by the time I placed the order that shipping would take a while, but the price seemed right. I am a western size 16, so I ordered XL. Their size guide confirmed this would be correct. I arrived four weeks later, a flimsy knit, sewn hastily. The kicker? It would not fit a size 3. This may be a child's XL, though no size or care labels are on the garment. Shipping it back would cost more than the original price. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
From DressLily's website, I thought a refund would be impossible, since I had not saved the shipping label, and I knew shipping back would exceed the cost of the item. I received only one of three items ordered. Apparently the second package disappeared in transit. As I said, the one item was not as pictured, so I create a negative review here. DressLily customer service took the initiative and contacted ME! End result: A FULL REFUND! (Yes, I have confirmed this.) So it's no harm, no foul
