I recently placed an order on-line with TBdress. When paying for purchases there was an extra charge for post and package which I was not aware of. Reluctantly I paid this charge. To add insult to injury when the delivery driver arrived there was a further charge of €16.48. Could you please tell me why I had to pay twice to have my purchases delivered?
